We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as soon as possible.

Verification


A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Processing


It normally takes about 2-5 days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays.

Shipping


Shipping time is different for different shipping methods.Please refer to the below shipping times to international destinations.
Standarding Shipping: 2 -4 weeks
Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days

Note: Expedited Shipping is not available for P.O. BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES.

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Please email us at info@whitewed.net within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

Return Policy

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt for most items in new condition. You will need to return the item at your own expense. We recommend you return the item(s) using a trackable method at the carrier of your choice

For returns after 7 days of the delivery date, or additional returns after the first return of the same order, The restock fee can be up to 20% of the item price.

Charge restocking fee

1. Up to 20% of item's price -for Item shipped outside of return window.

2. No restocking fee - The buyer changes their mind* about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition within the return window.

3. No restocking fee - The buyer refuses delivery due to visible damage incurred during shipping or caused by the carrier.

4. No restocking fee - The buyer receives a Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Item (please email us some photos of the products at info@whitewed.net)

5. Up to 50% of item's price - The buyer changes their mind* about a purchase and returns a non-media item within the return window but the seller receives the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer

1. Sign into your Whitewed account.

2. Find the order you want to return in My Order History.

3. View the order and find the "Return" in the bottom, then click "Click Here". Fill in the information requirredd and submit.

4. A auto RMA# will be issued, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address at the same time.

5. You can process your return by using your local post office at your own cost first. We will refund as above policy within 7 days upon receipt of your package

 

Return Conditions

1. You have 7 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 7 days of receipt.

2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags,).

3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without "Submitting a Returns Authorization Request" first.

5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

Return Address

Please send your return to the address in the RMA label. It may not be the same as the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
